ABOUT THE ARTIST

Francis Jaques is a music producer, label manager, artist and Dj from Belgium.

Being an artistic soul since a child, Francis never truly fitted in.
He always tried to do various things to keep things interesting, but
it wasn't until he focused on music around age 15, that things started to shape up for him.

He quickly become A key figure in the underground rave & hardcore scene in belgium and Europe with his own productions.

With his first vinyl release dating back to 2007, he kept a steady output of releasing new music over the years.
Reaching well over a 100 released tracks, remixes and collaborations.

While deeply rooted in Hardcore Techno, his style is not limited to a certain genre.
Always staying true to his gut, he keeps innovating his sound by using both analog and digital techniques, often with a wink to the pure and raw sound of the 90’s.
Dark, moody and kick-drum heavy sets the tone.

He is responsible for a wide range of techno-inflected hardcore on some of the most respected labels in the scene, in addition of working with some of the biggest artists on the market.

Till this date he is considered one of the most diverse acts from Belgium.
His raw and powerful build-up sets — ranging from Rave, Techno, Industrial, Acid to Gabber and Oldschool Terror — has seen him perform all over the world and at major events such as Thunderdome, Masters Of Hardcore, Tomorrowland, Bangface, Defqon.1, Kompass Klub, Dominator, Astropolis, Decibel and many more.

In 2023 he commemorated two decades of relentless dedication to the industry.

By managing Madback Records, he allowed this platform to take shape and grow with his abstract paintings. Pulling in new and exciting artists, for the love of the music & the art.
